IWBF Americas and the Federación Paralímpica de Costa Rica (FPCR) are pleased to announce the teams are now confirmed for the 2018 Men’s Central America and Caribbean Championship to be held October 21-28, 2018 in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Those countries competing to represent the Central America and Caribbean region at the Lima 2019 Games include Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Puerto Rico.
The 2018 Men’s Central America and the Caribbean Championship will serve to qualify two teams for the 2019 Parapan American Games to be held in Lima, Peru, in August 2019. Already confirmed for Lima 2019 are teams from Canada, USA and Peru as host of the Games. An additional three teams will qualify for Lima 2019 through the South America Championship to be held December 1-8, 2018 in Lima, Peru.
