Date of draw for Men’s European Championships Division A set

The draw for the 2019 Men’s European Championships Division A will take place on Tuesday 19^th February at Książ Castle in Walbrzych, Poland.

The draw, which decides the teams for the two pools in the preliminary rounds, will commence at 14.00hr (local time) and will be streamed live via the internet. Click here to watch the draw. 

The championships, which is being hosted by the Polish Basketball Federation, also acts as Europe’s qualification tournament for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.

The top twelve men’s teams in Europe will compete in Wałbrzych, Poland from 28^th August to the 9^th September 2019 in a bid to secure one of the four spots available in the wheelchair basketball competition at the Paralympic Games.
