About the 2024 IWBF Repechage Tournament
The 2024 IWBF Repechage Tournament for women will be the first of its kind.
Due to the reduction in team places at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, a new qualification system was introduced with the aim of ensuring the fairest approach and that the best teams in the world are represented at the Games. The Repechage tournaments give a final opportunity for teams to qualify for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games that don’t qualify through the Zonal Championships.

Africa: Algeria
Asia Oceania: The second and third-placed teams at the 2024 Asia Oceania Championships
Americas: The second-placed team at the 2023 Santiago Parapan American Games
