Japan hosted the  "Asian Dream Cup 2019" International Wheelchair Basketball Tournament in Showa Electric Martial Arts Sports Center in Oita City on the 15th June and 16th June. It saw six teams from five countries, South Korea, Thailand, China, Chinese Taipei and Japan compete at the birthplace of wheelchair basketball in Japan.
