The West Asia Qualifying Tournament for the Asian Para Games will start today (Monday 23rd April), in Amman Jordan.
Six teams from across West Asia will take part in the qualifying tournament, competing for two spots at the Indonesia Asian Para Games, taking place in October 2018.
The championships will get underway with the opening ceremony at 17.30pm (local time), followed by the first game as hosts Jordan take on Kuwait.
The teams from Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia & UAE, have been split into two pools and will play a round robin in their pools before crossovers, semi-finals and final.
