The 2024 IWBF Repechage Tournament for Women will take place in Osaka, Japan, hosted by the Japanese Wheelchair Basketball Federation, between 17 April - 2 April. It will be the first of its kind. The tournament is the final qualification event for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

Due to the reduction in team places at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, a new qualification system was introduced with the aim of ensuring the fairest approach and that the best teams in the world are represented at the Games. The Repechage tournaments give a final opportunity for teams to qualify for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games that don’t qualify through the Zonal Championships.
