The Hangzhou 2022 Asian Para Games, also known as the 4th Asian Para Games, is a multi-sport event that parallels the 2022 Asian Games which will be held for Asian athletes with a disability.
The 2022 Games originally scheduled to be held in October 2022, will now be held from 22 to 28 October 2023. The wheelchair basketball competition will tip off on Thursday 19 October 2023.
Women's Competition
The Women's Competition will be made up of six teams:
Cambodia, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Japan, Laos, Thailand, and China.

Ten teams will take part in the men's competition at the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Para Games.
Automatically qualified:
Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and China.
Teams qualified through the IWBF 2022 Asian Para Games Men's Qualification Tournament)
Afghanistan, Kuwait, and the Philippines.
