IWBF Europe has awarded the rights to host the U22 Men's European Championship 2018 to the Italian Wheelchair Basketball Federation (FIPIC).
The Italian Federation will host the Championships, alongside the European Championships Division B for Women, between the 10th - 15th September in Lignano Sabbiadoro.
On Saturday 14 April the pools were drawn at the FIPIC offices in Rome. Reigning champions Turkey will compete against France, Poland and Germany in Pool A. Hosts Italy will meet Great Britain, Israel and Spain in Pool B.
The opening game will be Italy versus Spain at 18.00 on Monday 10th September.
