The Group Draw holds paramount importance in shaping the Repechage journey for each participating team, determining the groups for both the men's and women's competitions. The roster of qualified countries from around the world is as follows:


Men:


Colombia, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Morocco, France (hosts), The final spot, determined by the second-place team in the AOZ Champs.


Women:


Canada, Spain, Germany, Algeria, France (hosts of Paralympics), Japan (hosts of Repechage), The final two teams from the AOZ Zone.
