An updated version of the 2021 Official Wheelchair Basketball Rules and a Spanish translation of the 2021 3x3 Official Wheelchair Basketball Rules have been released.
The updated version of the 2021 5x5 Official Wheelchair Basketball Rules is the second version to be released by the IWBF Technical Commission and has the following amendments:
- Edited version of art. 12.5.1 and art. 12.5.2.
- Clarification between art. B 8.3.13 and art. B 8.3.14
Further to the updated 5x5 rules, the first translation of the new 2021 3x3 Official Wheelchair Basketball Rules has been published in Spanish.
The Chair of the Technical Commission, Cristian Roja, said:
“I would like to thank again Ricardo Moreno and his team for their work in translating the 2021 3x3 Official Rules into Spanish, which will assist the Spanish speaking community across the world to understand and access the rules of the 3x3 game.”
